Today we decided to go in the opposite direction that we had been going. After a lovely play at Giardino Papadopoli Park, we went in an unknown direction and found ourselves wandering the seemingly deserted pathways of Santa Croce & Dorsoduro.
I have no idea why, but these areas were far less populated than the other parts of Venice we had been. There’s plenty to see here, with great churches, bridges, and food.
